Please note that digital licenses can only be refunded in case of failure. We cannot return the license that has already been activated. To obtain a refund you must contact us by email at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase. You must provide us with your order number and license key number.

If you report a defective product to us, we will diagnose the fault and provide troubleshooting steps within 24 hours.

If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will provide you with a replacement or a full refund. Our promise is that if you contact us for help and we are unable to resolve a technical issue, we will provide you with a full refund. Refunds take 5-10 business days to process.

Please note that all licenses sold by Keyshive are valid for a single PC and cannot be transferred to another PC.

Software compatibility is entirely the customer's responsibility as we are the license vendors, all software is provided by Microsoft and is copyrighted, therefore no refunds will be made for software compatibility.

Defective key codes will be replaced or refunded depending on the customer's choice. Defective codes can only be proven by us with an output from Microsoft PID Checker.

Keyshive assumes no responsibility for any local computer problems that may prevent the normal operation of any software.

All products sold by Keyshive include a 1-year warranty for reinstallation and PC reset cases and free chat/email support.

To deliver the goods immediately, as we do, we need your explicit consent, so that we do not hold the goods for the 30-day cooling-off period. Please note that the consumer will lose the right to withdraw from the contract after giving express consent to start the delivery of the digital content. That said, rest assured that this is a legal obligation and that our only concern is your satisfaction; therefore, we will support every order without forcing cancellation due to this point.
