1. Right to Cancel

2. Non-Delivery

•In rare cases, delivery issues (e.g., email provider delays, messages ending up in spam or junk folders) may prevent you from receiving your digital product.

•If you suspect non-delivery, please first check your spam/junk folder. If the product is still not received, contact our customer service immediately with your order number.

•Claims for non-delivery must be submitted in writing within 14 days from the order date. If you do not contact us within this period, the product will be considered delivered and downloaded, and you will forfeit your right to a refund on the basis of non-receipt.

3. Major Defects

•We test all digital keys thoroughly before release. However, due to the nature of digital products, issues may occur.

•Our technical team will work to resolve the issue. If we fail to correct the defect within 48 hours from your initial complaint, you are entitled to choose between a full refund or a replacement product of equal or similar value.

•Your report should include clear evidence that the product does not match the description provided on our site.

•Complaints based solely on unmet expectations (without objective evidence) may not qualify for a refund.

Activated Keys: Refunds will not be issued for digital keys that have already been activated.

Email Accuracy: It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address. If you enter an incorrect email (or a typo) resulting in non-delivery, please contact us with your order number as soon as possible.

Customer Support: Our technical support team is available to assist you with any issues before a refund is processed. If you decline our assistance, a refund request may be denied.

License Scope:

The digital license you purchase is valid for the number of PCs specified in the product description. Please refer to the individual product details for information on whether the key is for a single PC, multiple PCs, or unlimited usage.
